These conditions apply to all sales of Oriza L. Legrand products made via the merchant website accessible from the website www.orizaparfums.com and to all countries. The price of the articles is in euros, all taxes included, delivery charges in addition.

The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates posted on the site orizaparfums.com at the time of the validation of your order, subject to availability of the products ordered at this moment.
All orders are payable in Euros only.

In any case, in case of order to a country of non-member of the European Union, the customer is the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable, these customs duties are then the responsibility of the customer.

9.2 Delivery of items is made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order (or notice of availability in the absence of the customer).

Article 11: Cancellation / Retraction / Return / Exchanges
11.1 Cancellation of order

13.3 If the negotiations fail, the following provisions will apply:
