Rêved'Ossian

Amid the Celtic mists.

In the 1760s, James Macpherson published the Poems of Ossian — a literary sensation that influenced the entire Romantic movement. Goethe wove them into Werther. Ingres painted The Dream of Ossian for Napoleon. This soap opens on a cold incense — olibanum, pine, resin. The heart reveals cinnamon, benzoin, elemi, tonka bean and guaiac wood. The base of myrrh, olibanum and Tolu balsam is of an almost mystical depth.
