Each February, a miracle occurs in the hinterland of Cannes: the mimosas flower. The hills of the Tanneron massif are blanketed in dazzling yellow. Here the mimosa is treated in its most luminous, powdery dimension — the tiny golden pompoms of Acacia dealbata, exhaling a scent of almond, honey and orange blossom. A sunny, comforting trail.
