A dark breath rises, warm like an ember beneath the ash. Smoky leather undulates within it, entwined with dark woods and ambered glints, like a flickering light in the night. Each waft opens an ancient chapter — infinite roads, padded salons, the crackling of a discreet fire. Powerful and sovereign, the leather abandons its roughness to become velvet, an ardent caress upon the skin.
Warm, dark, slightly spiced opening
- Smoke accord (rectified birch, dosed cade)
- Saffron (luminous leathery facet)
- Black pepper or Timut pepper (vibrant radiance)
- Davana (subtle liquorous shadow)
Impression: the first curl of leather heated by flame, an ember breathing beneath the ash.
Deep, supple, enveloping texture
- Velvety leather accord (softened isobutyl quinoline, suede leather)
- Cistus labdanum (ambered, carnal resin)
- Gaiac wood (gentle smoke)
- Heart patchouli (dry, deep, non-earthy)
- Dark cedar
Impression: a noble leather that loses its roughness to become matter, almost textile.
Persistent warmth, incandescent velvet
- Warm amber (labdanum + benzoin)
- Balsam of Peru (very light, for balsamic roundness)
- Softened oud or deep smoky wood accord
- Warm musks
- Very discreet black vanilla (texture, not gourmand)
